Scientists have long known of the connections of the mind
with every cell in the body. Therefore, it makes sense that
what is going on inside our mind has a tremendous impact on
what happens to our body.
Our Conscious mind is 1 to 12% and it deals with our logic,
reason and will power.
Our Unconscious mind is 88 to 99% and it handles all automatic
functions (like our breathing) It associates, identifies,
and handles our expectations and our imagination.

You will have two individual one on one conditioning sessions
and then if you choose too you will go into a small group
session that meets once a week. This includes lectures, group
support, and hypnotherapy.
